another country that can be hard to infect is Peru...
no airport or ports so all you can do is hope it infects everything around it before they shut the border

If you strip out the symptoms, it'll prevent detection, and help propagation.

Using Parasite lets you infect with the least risk, but I've noticed Virus spreads way faster with maybe one or two countries locking up in response.
EDIT: Got everything but Madagascar and New Zealand with a score of 89732

You need to make it as stealth as possible..
I actually sell the symptoms right aways.. I do airborn and rodent and buy level 1 of drug, cold, hot and moisture..
Then I just leave it and do something else.. once every country is infected I add cough and sneezing..
once everyone is infected I just do some crazy symptom and everyone dies.. lol
