Vivitar DF340Z TTL Auto Focus Flash

Is this a decent bounce flash for nikon?

I need a cheap flash but the SB400 doesnt rotate enough .
and the SB600 is a bit out of my price range at the moment just starting out.

its $99.99 at kerrisdale cameras looks like it swivels around enough to bounce off the ceiling while the camera is in portrait mode which is what I need.

if anyone has any other suggestions thats cool too. thanks guys

Curious to know as well. My guess would be power ratings and master/slave and wireless features? Sure gives me second thoughts b4 buying the 580exII

I picked it up and so far I'm satisfied with the flash. it rotates horizontally 330degrees and vertical 90. the rotation is very fast as its totally manual and there is no button to press to unlock the movement. the downside to that is it makes audible clicks which can be bad if your in a quiet place and dont want to make noise. also the zoom is manual you have to pull the lens out. totally manual. but works pretty good. its not super bright like lets say a nikon SB900 but its definately better than the built in flash. and for the price its a no brainer. its super lightweight also less than half the weight of an SB900 with batteries in.
