^ lol and the viper isnt cheap ugly plastic?.....99% of it is plastic bro. Since its a supercar it should have some good quality materials used not the plastic they make the caliber interior from. The genesis interior uses good fabric and leather also the trim doesnt look as cheap as dodges trim. Viper being the most expensive dodge they need a interior thats more pleasing to the eye, exterior on the other hand its sexy

Supercars are not about interiors, it's about how cool they are, and to justify being 3x the price of the genesis, I think we'd all agree the viper is 3x cooler

458 looks so hot, but i find the front to be just totally detracting from the overall look, does not match the rest of the car

also,
SLR 0-60 is rated at 3.2 seconds. Road and track did it in 3.4 < that's hyper car fast
SLS 0-60 is rated at 3.8 seconds. <that's barely supercar fast, since the 2010 911 Turbo, which costs about the same, was tested to hit 60 in 2.7 seconds with the PDK
for super cars like these it's not about the 0-60 it's what's beyond it.

The top speed on the SLS is 197mph (electronically limited to keep the green party of Germany happy) which is nudging the SLR's 220mph top speed at significantly cheaper MSRP.

Then there's the handling 0.97G for the SLR and there is SLS that pulls a crazy 1.2G for a production car.

SLS shrunk in all dimensions from the SLR and put more driving pleasure into it, sacrificing the top speed and 0-60.

But then yeah I think they are talking about SL Black Ed vs SLR back then...

I'd prefer the SLR even if it was an inferior car, can't really tell why it just takes up a special place.

The evolution of electronics and capabilities of exotics has been 'computer like' over the last few years, so the corollary is an exotic that can produce better numbers than older super or hypercars. The 458 laps Fiorano in the same time as the Enzo, does that make it better?
