as much as I hate to say it I think that black 458 by SR would look pretty good matte black with those rims

Harvey Specter 01-03-2011 11:48 PM

On the topic of SR...a crap load of cars done by SR are for sale on this site including the white LP670:

well, that dealer is "SR autogroup" so i guess the owners are bored of them and are selling them..?

that audi is an out of province car though.. there were alberta tags on it.

would explain why theyre asking only 125k... a new one is 143k though.. hmm.

Brookswood is a great area, especially considering you can buy a property with acreage and lots of privacy, while still being surrounded with other million dollar homes. I've worked on Will Smith, Oprah, Steve Nash and Harrison Fords homes and some at the very top of the new development in British Properties. None of those homes compare to one of the homes in High Point, where each linear foot of every wall in the house cost $1000 a linear foot just to paint, I use the term paint very loosely.

I think that's the place beside SR...
and I wonder if they have "permission" to use those photos of the yellow scud/orange lp670 in their banner, or just stole the pics from flickr.
I know both the photog's wouldn't allow usage unless getting paid.

The home the company i worked for was building one of the newest houses in BP and it's about 1.5 years away still and it's hovering at around 18 mill, how much does the nicest place in highpoint cost? 2?

Some of the lots are going for 10 million. Then you have to build the house on that land under very strict guidelines.

By what means is that "fuel efficient"...

They really like to use the phrase "sought after" in their descriptions don't they?

hhmmm.... There's one house in Brookswood worth around $30 million, but I think the nicest house I was in at High Point was worth around $20 million including the lot. The least expensive lot in High Point is $425k with a million dollar house built on it.

wtf.. 30 million in langley?..

where is this house? and where is the 20 million one? are they part of the highpoint development?

this is a house across the street from the one we were building, id probably value it at low-mid 30 million, it's amongst the biggest lots in BP

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y13...r/DSC05533.jpg

view from the house we were building

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y13...r/DSC05521.jpg

when places like these are 18-35, i dunno wtf a langley house is going for 30 mill for, does he have like stables and 30 acres?

i just find it funny if there is a 30M house in this area and its not listed in the top 50 assessed BC properties. 30M should place it first place, according to the 2010 assessment.

i doubt that house is low to mid 30M, check this page out, http://greatestates.ca/stats_westvancouver.html

top houses in West vancouver in assessment value and market value, don't see that house u posted on the list and 1st place is 35M and last place is 15M

Jgresch 01-04-2011 02:58 PM

Are you sure that list includes every house? Or just ones that are up for sale?
