what do housing prices have anything to do with z3guy's statement? richmond DOES have a much higher nice to shitty car ratio than say, north vancouver.

i hate to say it... but i have to agree rmd probably has better cars then west van... yes west van houses are alot more expensive.. but rmd kids rent apartments and drive ferraris...lol..just my thought though.. ofc i have no idea whats in those mansions @ west van

ok lets talk about West Van Cars then..

while working in british properties i saw these cars within a 5 minute span, only the ferrari and lambo were together

F430 Scuderia + Lambo LP560, Bentley flying spur, 911 Turbo driven by what looked like a 15 year old and his girl, brand new SL 63 AMG, and within that 5 minute period basically every other car was a 60k+ SUV, and this was me standing in one spot for those 5 minutes

that consistency doesn't happen in Richmond.

most of the guys here obviously dont hang out in west van. i work there and i see the cars that commute on marine dr on a daily basis. couple days ago saw a black 612, black conti gt supersports and a light blue california in like 4 mins.

Driving in Richmond I see the odd nice car, but I still pull into a parking lot and see 10 silver civics. Driving in West Van I pull into a parking lot and see 10 conti GTs, where I also work btw.

i am just sayin...dun make me pull out the VSCC meet pixx..which most of them do live in RMD... hahha.. but ya, I am probably wrong then... cuz i think i been going to the wrong west van, cuz i never saw those ubber baller cars..

i have to say..the most "expensive" car ive seen is the reventon, and that is owned by a kid in rmd...

used to work on Halstron Cr. near the top where folkstone and chippendale meet there

we were helping manage a home being built for a guy who is a developer we worked with, i was only there for a couple months in the summer though now i'm back to school full-time

there is no reventon in vancouver anymore. i dont know where you get your info from.

i live in richmond & i can tell that we have a lot rich kids here, every time i go pass DNA netbar i see a lambo or R8 same goes with netholic & espot (well not all the time at espot)

then again west van is fill with loads of classy rich ppl there so u tend to see a lot of RRs & bentleys, so basically its all basic on what type of ppl that live there & their personality
