what i mean is... Isn't the car privately owned? I'm wondering how the YVR contacted him and what he gets in return.

It's not the first time...he had it parked at River Rock and other locations before too.

I have a feeling they paid YVR for the adspace basically, similar to how people can have a spot at the autoshow, YVR doesn't really gain much from it.

Maybe there are some Canucks fans in YVR management, and they simply asked the car owner to have it displayed? If YVR has nothing to gain, I highly doubt they paid the car owner. Meanwhile the NSX gets a bit of publicity!

Besides, YVR has nothing to gain by draping that huge Canucks banner on the control tower either...

im guessing the owner of the car has some sort of relationship with YVR or they paid him to put it on display until the finals are over

It's a marketing event to promote Canucks Appreciation Day (yesterday). Fin was there too.

Wonder if the NSX owner is going to keep the car looking like that after playoffs. Way to ruin your car like that. Totally went overboard with all those decals and stickers
