Veyron is from Ontario but was spotted downtown. But it's not 10-20 pages back so I guess it doesn't count.

The Veyron Sang Noir is the most rare, if we don't count the Ferrari 250 GTO.

The Ferrari 250 GTO is quite literally tens times more rare and valuable than the Veyron Sang Noir, though.
