it might be Riviera blue, but it is a wrap.

Not that I can necessarily tell from an instagrammed potato photo, but that looks exactly like a stock riviera blue, glossy 993 on ruf wheels. The same one I've seen many times, with clearly stock blue paint on the panels. Even in that photo you can see shine that I doubt even those glossy wraps can achieve.
