Not sure either.

Maybe a personal decal with the meaning only known to the driver/owner.

But, the back looks good, much better than the regular E coupe back.

Teachers don't make a lot of money. Principals do though, because principals actually require a Master's Degree and they need to have been a teacher too in the past. If you Google "Public Sector Salaries" and look for the Vancouver one, you should be able to search for Moscrop's faculty and their respective salaries. You will be surprised how big of a difference between the principal's and teacher's salaries.
