sure we can predict when shits gonna hit the roof, but how do survive if that shit obliterates everything in its path? (think of the sun letting out an enormous fart - the earth regenerates cuz nature is the shiet but everything else dies (an example is to look at the moon, its been fried many many times)
seriously you cant say the 2012 is bullshit or the coming apocalypse is not happening nor aliens dont exist or whatever crap you wanna believe cuz honestly it doesnt matter. just live your life as happily as you can. we are all in the matrix anyways

Well, we gotta look at the the time factor too. If another species had 10,000 years head start, which is a relatively short amount of time in the grand scheme of things, space travel is very likely. I mean give us humans another 10,000 years, in the year 12,009, given that we havent killed ourselves off by our stupid politics, I'm sure we can do things we can't even imagine now.

this reminds me of a story someone told me a long time ago
when he was a teenager he woke up at 3am and couldnt go back to sleep
then as he stepped out to have a smoke he saw a small exercise ball sized bubble thingy appear outta nowhere
and inside it he sees this tiny weird looking dude stare at him with a curious look then disappears after a few seconds
normally he would be shitting his pants or getting the fuck outta there
but he tells me the weird part was he felt perfectly calm and knew exactly what was on the alien's mind
almost as if the alien was reading his mind and projecting its thoughts to him as well
now im a pretty open minded guy guy but when someone tells me shit like that i usually reply with "did you pop acid or lsd or something?"
but this guy doesnt do drugs at all or drink much really
and now seeing posts like this really makes you wonder what if he really saw that and wasnt just fucking with me
i guess we'll find out in a couple months hopefully
imagine the change..
haha i can see half the population freaking out
