| switching deck
does anyone know if its possible to change decks without changing the wiring harness? i have a pioneer deck thats bit the dust but i just need a temporary fix for now, so I'm curious if I can just get another pioneer deck thats near the same model and not have to switch the harness
any info would be great, thanks

i dont think you would have to, unless the connector that goes on to the deck is different..

Switching wire harnesses ain't no thang really. 11 wires and about 10 minutes will take care of that. Also, make sure you swap out the metal 'cage' if there is one being used.
