I'm sure that people will eventually make a front spoiler that doesn't look that ridiculous yet still provides the same downforce

I was a hater on FWD cars competing in the time attack namely bashing gixxer drew's 2g eclipse. However there is one VERY important thing that everyone tends to forget. In time attack if you fry the tires in one hot lap it doesn't matter. Which is why alot of the fwds are beating out the rwd/awd cars. However in any sustained racing series that requires laps and pit stops fwds are hooped.

why dont you put it on the roof, so you get even down force between front and rear?
