Vehicles left at the side of the Hwy.

How long are vehicles allowed to be left on the side of the road before they are towed?I can see giving a car owner a reasonable time to seek repairs ,but there has been a car on the side of Inland Hwy for over a week now and it struck me as odd its hasn't been towed yet.

If they aren't causing problems, in which case they can be moved immediately, we would mark them and then wait 72 hours before notifying the road maintenance contractor to do what they wanted to.
