If you guys get along and YOU ARE NOT PLAYING HER and you're up front with the mom, there should be no problem.

HOWEVER, you better not let things go wrong with the relationship while both of you are still working at the same place, or have one person in a position of supervision over the other.. just my 2c.

I think this thread can be closed. Thanks for all the help. The mom clearly knows and she's okay with it. She's an awesome girl, and I have hope for the long-term. If her mom is any indicator, she'll be hot for a long time :).
