Don't rely too much on protein powders.. Try to get 1g per lbs bodyweight, with only 30 or 40g at most coming from powder.

Any strawberry protein shake is nasty. Although I heard Myofusion strawberry is actually pretty good. Stick with Vanilla or Chocolate for flavors to be safe.

man, right now im taking dymatize whey protein isolate.. im almost finished my 1st tub, got 3 more after that.. and man does this shit ever give me bad gas.. it makes me fart soo much.. its really annoying when your around other people.. but im also lactose intolerant so it could just be the lactose causing it.. does ON gold have lactose in it?

just picked up 5lbs ON Whey Double Chocolate for 60$ at Reflex. They only have Double chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Strawberry.
Where do you guys get the Mocha Cappuccino or Vanilla Chai locally? Really want to try those out
These stuff only requires one scoop?? Do you guys mix it with non-fat milk or just water?

just picked up some moar gaspari nutrition myofusion chocolate
damn its good, shakes great and mixed with milk its nesquik goodness
i tried the GN mass on or whatever is vanilla and it wasnt great, the strawberry was ok tho
still havent tried any ON
