how can the the standby time for the dream be significantly lower than the other two, and still manage to achieve the same amount of 3g talk time ?? :S

Probably just the way the power is being handled? Nokias have ridiculous stand-by times and good talk times, but compare the battery capacity with something like a WinMob phone and the Nokia will get better mileage.

Or...they're just wrong up there.
