no shiet sherlock! all of us that were born in asia know that u can bribe them. dude u totally misunderstood what i meant. i meant that those countries are soo corrupt, if a cop doesnt like u. say you were at a bar and were discussing a sports game and you guys didnt agree and he didnt like you. (and u didnt know the guy was a cop). he can pull u over later that day and frame u for shiet. a lot of places they come every month and collect monthly protection dues. theres a huge list of corrupt shiet they do. |

2 = if everyone rolled over and laid dead, there goes any civil liberties and your rights under charter of rights and freedom 3 = right to privacy. What happens if i have a cream for some sort of genital rash and he sees it ? What happens if i have a giant box of ky jelly in the back? What happens if im an accountant and have a bunch of clients sin #'s and other private information in the back ? What happens if im a programmer with 6 months work of code and he decides to open it up ? List goes on.... |
are cops allowed to force you to search your own car? last time i got pulled over he told me to open the glove compartment, then asked me to take everything out of it and put it on the passenger seat i did what he told me n he found and confiscated my 10mL vodka sample shot -___-" |

2. Civil liberties and the charter only stands for those who commited a serious crime. Using these factors for a routine stop or disturbance call gets you no where but in more trouble with the police officer. 3. Cream and KY jelly the police officer could care less because they won't get in that much trouble for. Until they do find your confidential documents, then you can approach to take action. But refusing to let the police search you if you're just a regular citizen will not work. Quote:
Very little people know that you have the right to not answer anything. And very little people know that police use their words really carefully. Often times a police officer will say "I will have to ask you to step out of the car." This is merely a question. By replying with, "is that a question or a given order?" They will often have nothing to say back to you. By asking you to step out of the car gives them one step to searching your car. Often times they will assume that the search is allowed and can be used in the court of law to fight their cases. Try not saying a single word next time you get pulled over and are asked to step out of the car. Chances are they will let you go, unless they really really want to arrest you knowing that you have commited a crime somewhere. |

You don't need a lawyer to sit in your passenger seat to retain your rights. If you're balls havn't broken yet by the very sight of a police officer, simply tell them you don't consent to a search. Oh, so you're tough now cause you failed to stand up to a police officer. You're smart. |

Anything in my car , i will consider confidential and i dont need to be a engineer, accountant, doctor, lawyer etc to refuse a police officer from illegally searching my vehicle. Quote:
within the motor vehicle act, where does it state you must have it in the trunk ? |
Hey guys so this is the Original thread starter, and this is seriously karma or something from hating on the cops. Last night I went to a wedding and decided to leave a little early 12:25AM. I had a headlight burned out that afternoon and decided not to fix it. Right before I left the resturnant I told my gf as a joke, I have a feeling we might get pulled over so im going to drive super slow. As I was about to exit the building of the resturant on alexandar road a cop drives by and makes a U turn and pulls me over right out of the resturant. LIKE HOLY FUCK u guys can only imagine what i was feeling. I don't even want to drive my car anymore to be honest. Anyways my license plates are bent and he gave me a huge ticket of 196 dollars..and again tried to ding me a ticket for being to low but it isn't I know the law about if your tire pops is your rim lower than the chassis, which it is. now guys thats 2 days and a ticket of 109 + 198 = $307 My current position is im going to dispute the 109 dollar ticket(the cop that called me a superstar/celebrity) just cause I want to go to court and just piss him off by saying shit to the judge because i know thats the only place i can call him out on his character because i fuckin hate him lol but as for the 198 ticket, i was wondering if im unemployed and i dont wanna dispute it is there anyway to pay the ticket in multiple payments? because I defn dont want to pay it all at once while im unemployed. |

having your car judged as being too low is not only measured by your ground clearance. your headlights also have a minumum height requirement as does the wheel well clearance. signs of tire rub is enough to get you towed. don't want tickets, make sure your car complies with the motor vehicle code. otherwise stop fucking complaining. as for window tint on the front windows, it's legal if you have a medical condition that requires it. its not legal just because you want to look gangster. |

I sense the court proceedings will be somewhat like this: You: I bought the car and the front windows came tinted. Judge: Why did you buy a car that was in violation of the MVA then? You: *confused look* |

Back when I was in highschool, my social studies teacher had our school constable come in and talk to us about his job, our rights and such. He was saying that if he pulled somebody over and he had any suspicion that they had something in the vehicle that shouldn't be in there, he would search it illegal or not. His(the constable) reason being, if he found some drugs, a gun, or anything like that, even if it was an illegal search, that's 1 less gun, 1 less drug of whatever sort off the streets. That constable was a dick though. lol |
