Suspension creaking noise

I have a 2001 X5 without the air suspension, today I encounter this noise from the front right side of the suspension. Its a sort of creaking noise, whenever I turn right, or going thru bumps.
Does anyone have this issue? if so, what are the solutions?
Thanks

I would get your balljoints checked out on the right side.

I think bringing it to your local BMW dealer to get an inspection is your best bet.

#8, 11, 15 are typical culprits.

#2 are typical as well if it's a "crunching" noise
