Looking for Protein Powder

Hey guys,

I'm starting to work out again and I'm almost out of my tub of protein powder. I'm looking for something thats chocolaty and can go with either milk or water preferred. Doesn't have to though, also wanting it to be for an after work-out shake. Any suggestions? I may end up buying a big bag if it's cheaper. Also what place do you recommend? I'm gone to reflex on Richmond, they haven't been the most helpful. Anyways, whatever you suggest I'll consider.

thanks!

This is what i use, Isobolics for a breakfast shake, and Muscle Milk for after workout shake. For meal replacement, I use 0 Impact, protien bar. Has 0 sugar.

If you want to limit fat intake post-workout (which you should) and increase carbs, Muscle Milk is a bad idea.

I am sorry to hijack this thread but since we are on the topic of protein powder - are whey product bad for the kidney? And what is good for a beginner casual builder?

everything we put in our bodies is bad for us. for a casual builder... eat ur lean meats and chicken. don't bother with wasting ur moola on the powder.
