that's obviously a support sign. without it, the building will topple over. you just can't see it b/c of the way the pic is cropped

are you sure it's the bike that's being locked? it could be additional security for keeping the sign from being stolen :lol

Well, the one thing going for that is the thief won't be able to ride away on the bike... they could throw it into a van, but that's it...

lol for like the third time, you CAN'T RIDE THE BIKE, THE LOCK WILL JAM THE FRONT WHEEL.

If I was a crackhead I would deflate the tire till I could pull it off the rim and to the side, so now it's just the bare metal rim. Then I would just pedal away. The lock can jam the front wheel from turning, but it will just keep sliding along the pavement. ghetttoooooo lol GONE
