Student dies after washroom wall collapses A 14-year-old girl died today after a wall collapsed in a school washroom in a park near her Guelph high school. The Grade 9 student from Bishop McDonnell High School was inside the washroom at nearby Larry Pearson Park when a cinder block wall inside the structure collapsed on her, police said. Guelph Police responded around 12:30 p.m. The girl was rushed to hospital where she later died. Grief counsellors were dispatched to the high school.
