Anyone work or worked for Investors Group?

I had an interview today but I was wondering if anyone has or had any experience with them. I heard training is paid, but I thought it was inappropriate to ask about that in the interview, so does anyone know about how much the compensation is for the training? Any other thing about the company would be appreciated.

It's never inappropriate to ask about compensation during interviews.

In fact, your potential employer should have asked your salary expectations during the interview

how do these guys make money? Is it all commission based? So they just end up hawking products at you even if you don't need them?
