oh i got him from a breeder in korea...he's here with me now, but he's coming to vancouver july 23rd

theres really nothing local, they are all in portland, it will cost you about $1300 by the time your done, i cant give u the links but when our husky died we looked around and thats pretty much all we could find

if ya really want, I could get another one for ya here in korea n bring him back for ya in july.

There is a couple of local B.C. breeders. If you go out to some of the local dog shows you would be able to meet some. I don't know any sibe breeders personally so I wouldn't know who to recommend.

I've looked for breeders as well and couldnt find any locally. So I've pretty much given up. I wouldnt mind an old english sheepdog too lol.

This show is held at the Big red barns in chilliwack.
Being there is a booster there will be a few sibes entered which means at least a couple of breeders.

dog - 250,000 korean won - 240cdn
vet check - 10,000 won - 9cdn
kennel to transport - 168,000won - ~150cdn <--varies depending on size.
airfare - 220,000 won - 200usd
international vet certificate at the airport - 30,000won - 30bucks

total: 649cdn roughly

is there any specific reason you got the husky in korean instead of the states?

cheaper? bettering pedigree? convenience?

mainly cause i'm in korea. I've been here for around a year and needed something outside of the drinking, and hongdae bar hopping. And cause I always wanted a dog.

So I guess it's convenient (as I'm living here right now), and cheaper. even after factoring in transport costs.

I really want either a siberian husky or a tamaskan though.
but for 700$ canadian to import a purebred dog with shots and everything is really not expensive at all.
