grace period after getting a new phone from rogers

Is there a grace period? Just got this htc dream android phone and I ain't all that happy with the unit.

I believe its 30days or 30mins whichever comes first

I forget, but you also have a data limit as well as the voice limit and the 30 days to return. If you got it in store, talk to them, if you were shipped by Rogers, you'll need to look at what they sent you. There should be a prepaid package to return to them.

no data limit from wut i know of. in my store it's 30 mins of talk time and 30 days from time of purchase no exceptions.

Data limit applies to all smartphones including BB's and iPhones. I believe its only 300kb.
