It's pretty much guaranteed that the series will start on Saturday... but game 2 could possibly be on Sunday to accommodate NBC. Yes, I know it's back to back... but they did this last year for some series.

2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs Semifinals Schedule
The conference semifinal will begin Thursday, April 29, with the Sharks and Red Wings starting things off in San Jose.
The Penguins will play either the Canadiens or Bruins on Friday. This matchup will be determined after the conclusion of Wednesday's Capitals-Canadiens game.
The final two series begin Saturday when the Philadelphia Flyers travel to either Boston or Washington and the Blackhawks host the Canucks.
