What countries would u consider moving to?

Ive been thinking of moving to another country for good cuz i just want a change. Ive been thinking which countries to move but im not sure where. some of the places i thought of are:

- Australia (i heard lots of racism against ppl with different cultures)
- US, Los angeles (too expensive living and healthcare is not as good as canada)
- Hawaii (so far never heard anything bad but it is a pretty small area)
- Toronto, Ontario (winter snow is freakin crazy from what i was told)

havent really decided but would like ppl's opinions. Im trying to find a place where living lifestyle is not too different from here in BC and preferably cheap real estate prices.

Calgary

B-DiZzLe 06-22-2009 12:26 AM

uhhhh sorry to burst your bubble but toronto and calgary are not in different countries

winson604 06-22-2009 12:47 AM

Europe I've always thought of as an aight place to move too but can't speak from any personal experiences.

RFlush 06-22-2009 12:57 AM

Either US, HK (ok somewhat country), China, or South Korea.

Im moving to HK in August for 6 months and maybe longer.

Ulic Qel-Droma 06-22-2009 05:06 AM

Taipei, HK, that's it.

haymura 06-22-2009 05:34 AM

HK for me is kinda off limits simply cuz i cannot speak they're language. Ironic that i am half chinese but just not able to learn the language. But i am interested to hear why HK is an ideal place for ppl here. whats good about it?

SkinnyPupp 06-22-2009 05:42 AM

I moved to HK 3 years ago, and have no immediate plans to return. Other countries I would consider are Japan and Taiwan. If language is a reason for you not to go, just stay home for good.

Hot Karl 06-22-2009 07:18 AM

hawaii for me. proper tropical action without 3rd world bullshit. i'd try learning a new language if i moved, but it's kinda nice not having to worry about all that.

El Bastardo 06-22-2009 02:41 PM

USA. UK. Spain. Germany

El Bastardo 06-22-2009 02:45 PM

Oh, and unless I'm missing something Hawaii is part of the US, not an independant country. Perhaps you were thinking Tahiti?

And I'll throw some love to the Turks and Caicos islands. If and when Canada takes them over you'll be there and own land first.

JesseBlue 06-22-2009 03:46 PM

thinking about singapore but do i really want to relocate my whole family...maybe...taxes are a biatch here...

saucywoman 06-22-2009 06:28 PM

Australia, for the broads.

d1 06-22-2009 11:42 PM

Melbourne, Australia - I've never been but it seems like a pretty cool place.
Japan - It'll be difficult getting by without knowing the language though.
California, U.S. - The american dream baby!

Australia - i heard it's paradise, again, very warm and a better economy than Canada i heard, minimum wage 16$ very nice =D

anywhere in Southeast Asia - warm, cheaper, i dont speak the language, but ill try to hit on the women in English, get hitched and watch sunsets on the beach for the rest of my life
