Its at least 2 million. I found one smaller that was selling for 2 million.
Its pretty much is a fairly large luxury home on water.

^hmm aphibious RV, I wonder how they secure all the dishes and stuff that will get bounced around horribly by the wake.

IMO That houseboat looks more like a boat than a house lawlz

and 50 girls would most likely not even take up the entire upper deck on that houseboat if you didnt have a helicopter on it..

their is a yatch in north van right now getting a 50 million dollar reno... (that's just the reno cost, not the yatch cost) . 2 million dollar boat is chump change :D......

Yea I used to work for that company. Vancouver Drydock Company is doing the worth, and it belongs to Dennis Washington I think..

nah it's at "washington yatching group" next to the drydock, he made a new company just to work on his own yatchs LOL... he's got his 2 "small" ones next to lonsdale quey right now. on a new dock he just build for himself.
