2005 Amuse GT1 Honda S2000 found this S2K on Craigslist  One of the hottest I've seen. I've seen this car driving in front of me on Georgia street last year. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/cto/1235235562.html |
I think there were pics posted of this car before, I dont like the rear but damn he's got alot of money invested in that thing! |
wow thats a lot of cheese |
very nice |

Looks great but that's quite a lot of money invested. I would've at least spent 6-7k on b00st. |

My friend and I talked to the owner at DTP and he said he spent all the $$ on aesthetic components. |
lol looks like he really plans to recover the parts $. |
It's craigslist lol. Low ball heaven! |
God I rather take a stock form S2K than that one. Way over priced....mods do not add value to the car. |
meh! |

mods= devalued. well, unless you got one of those old school cars... namely those datsuns.. now thats worth money if modded. |
well, there are rich idiots out there, don't be surprised it will be sold within few months. some people just don't have the time and knowledge to mod their cars. |
doesn't the front fascia look funny/cute? if i was driving and i saw that in my rear view i'd laugh my ass off while maintaining safe control of my car and driving legally, such as keeping to the right if im slower traffic |

The amuse s2k is nice, but the price is way too steep. |

pretty much.. ive seen quite a few very mildly moded, yet clean 510's that fetched quite a few bucks... rims, lowered abit, twin side draft carbs... i mean, if i had the money, i'd get a lightly modded and somewhat restored 240z for a shiny penny... |

if u got high quality parts + tastefully done, 50% return on aftermarket parts is highly possible. body mods are subjective to each individual, so don't even expect to get even close to 50% return on that unless u find the RIGHT buyer.. this guy asking price is ridiculous, no one is going to pay what he is asking. the car stock is probably worth $22k-$25k. he expect to only lose around 15% on all his mods? and he includes labor in his parts total? HAHAHA.. keep dreaming. |
it'd be more reasonable if his asking price was in the neighbourhood of troung's... |
$45K and it'll be sold. He cannot part it out. Unless that kit is just glued to the car, it'd cost more to remove the kit than it'd be worth. Then who would want the car with a widebody kit and most of the other parts missing. I sympathize with the owner, I'm in the same boat. I cannot part out my car cause I'd be left with a 2-tone shell that wouldn't sell easily. I would also be lucky to recover 30% of my mods selling them with the car. |
Alot of choices for $65000 |
