i saw a guy in a van doing this signal towards the center meridian thing today. he didnt get anyone to budge over. he went up behind me and started doing it even though i was going fast and gaining significant distance on him.. like wtf was he thinking, im going faster than him.. why would i move over if im moving further away from him?!
