Summer's here and so are the mosquitoes!

How many mosquito bites do you have so far?

I got

1 on my right elbow
1 on my right foot
and 3 on my left foot

that makes 5 mosquito bites!

quasi 06-25-2009 01:12 PM

Do we even have mosquitoes here? I grew up in the prairies where you would get swarmed all summer long. Here it's like heaven they pretty much don't even exist in the lower mainland.

ZhangFei 06-25-2009 02:29 PM

upon scratching my right tricep, i was delighted to discover mosquito bite there.

orange7 06-25-2009 02:33 PM

ilvtofu 06-25-2009 04:19 PM

I work in a kitchen and the flies and mosquitos that are usually here aren't here yet, :)
maybe it's cos its still not that hot yet

murd0c 06-25-2009 04:28 PM

ilvtofu 06-25-2009 04:47 PM

but isn't vinegar acidic? I don't wanna be pouring acid all over my wounds...

ZhangFei 06-25-2009 04:48 PM

lick your wounds.

d1 06-25-2009 05:00 PM

I rarely get mosquito bites locally. When I went to Asia a few years back - holy shit! Those bastards seemed to bite foreigners only.

ilvtofu 06-25-2009 05:12 PM

That's cos FOBs aren't fresh anymore if they're in the homeland... XD!!!
Technically you'd be "fresh"

when you feel a prick or an itch, or catch a mosquito trying to bite you, let them bite you but flex your muscle and watch them explode.

hk20000 06-25-2009 05:48 PM

I spoon fed a mosquito family in Asia. I'm glad I'm back. 0 hits so far.

Harvey Specter 06-25-2009 06:25 PM

The wet weather is breeding more and more mosquitos.

urrh 06-25-2009 07:49 PM

gotta find a way to kill them all!

orange7 06-25-2009 07:54 PM
