Need a repair for my BBS LM rim that was curbed/rashed. Any recommendations and what sort of price am I going to be charged?

Hard to say without seeing it
175-300 a wheel (depending on damage)
20-35 to mount and balance depending on size
15-30 levy

Most charge a levy for the enviromental waste they need to remove. Like paint or metal shavings from repairing/refinishing of the wheel.

panthers machine specialist in surrey. They do good work. Is your BBS LM multiple piece wheels?, It will cost at least 150 and up to 230$ per wheels, that will include wheel mount and balance.

Take it there and they can estimate it for you precisely.
