SMS says not in network

So I lent my friend my g705 and shes with fido...when she uses it she says everytime she sends an sms below the contact it would say "not in network"..the sms still sends..but i'm just wondering whats up and what does it mean..

i use rogers and when i used it that msg doesnt show up..and everythingis fine

go on the sonyericsson website and have the settings sent to the phone for FIdo. That should clear it up. I have the same phone and use it on both Fido and Rogers (even though tis the same company) just fine.
