That is gross. I really hope this doesn't replace the wagons at all. I LOVE the wagons, especially the 1 series one (even though we don't get it here)

GT = Touring Car = Wagon = heavy, more comfortable and bigger capacity

It is not the same GT as the Porsche "GT" or GT-R.
Wagon is alway ugly imo.

For those of you who remember, that almost looks like an updated version of the E36 318ti.

Except it is uglier in every way... BMW designs have been going downhill for quite some time now, hope it gets better as years go on~

Ugly or not a 5 door hatchback makes perfect sense for a day-to-day perspective. Those who drive one, knows. Those who don't, are just "others".

It's like how I see people buying 3 series wagons and 5 series wagons.

But IMO this looks more like a wagon than a hatch. Look at the length.

And now I am completely in love with the X6..

Hopefully the GT grows on me as well, but as for now.. PUKE!!

BMW's marketing strategy is at its best, placing the wonderful engine into their new ugly cars. X6 with 4.4 V8 Twin turbo/ 3.0 Twin turbo. Then, 335 GT that is obviosuly turbo charge 3.0. So what about, X5 and X3? Where are the turbos? IMO, X5 with 2 turbo would of been perfect. Thereby, no one would of buy X6 at the beginning. And the stupid 5 series GT, or 335 GT wouldnt even be consider-.-

ew but an expected ew. Never liked anything bmw's ever attempted that's even remotely close to a hatcback, suv (that's right) or station wagon. In my mind, they should just stick with sedans and coupes.

LOL, same here. I bashed the X6, called it beyond fugly and now I think the top of line X6 with the larger wheels looks hot.

Yup, looks like a 3er humped a X6. I guess hatchbacks are the new sport coupes?

Anyone know why the 3rd pic is different from the 1st pic? Look at the headlights, grille..
