I still can't believe I spent so much just on the blazer, could've gotten a Dior suit for approx. the same price, but I'm satisfied with my purchase. Balmain's pricing is insane though...$1000+ for a pair of Balmain jeans, can't get my head around that and buy a pair.

they're celebrities, hence, they're lucky and get first dibs. we regular people have to wait.... :(

dont buy Balmain jeans, their tacky as hell.

but the blazer on the other hand...

Rickross888, how's the fit on your Balmain blazer? Is it true to size or does Balmain fit smaller? I'm thinking about buying the military shirt.

Hmm...I would say that it's pretty much true to size of the typical "European" fit. I'm not skinny more athletically built so sometimes the proportions are weird for me lol. But the blazer does kind of go inwards more towards the midsection so it's kinda snug at that part especially when it's buttoned, but everywhere else it fits like the normal European sz.50 blazers I wear. Hope that helps somewhat...? :\ lol

I would say Dior blazers are a little more fitting than the Balmain blazer I got just to give you a comparison.

I've wanted that quite badly, but settled on a regular brown Filson briefcase. The markup was too much for me to pay :(

I have a black leather Salvatore Ferragamo wallet, nothing flashy. I also have a Dior Homme slim wallet which again is black and nothing flashy. I would stay away from LV or Gucci, too many fakes out there.

No, I was at the mall browsing recently and I think it was Champs or Footlocker I was at but they were $179.99 with the names and some places I saw them for $199.99

It wasn't on sale or anything just regular price.

On a side note my last purchase were these.

Harvey Specter 02-16-2010 04:14 AM

Different jackets because this jacket doesn't come in blue and it's leather. I got it for around $2500, gucci.com sells it for $3400.
