Zappos has stopped shipping to Canada for a few years now but they will ship to US addresses. Use a mailbox service in Blaine or Point Roberts.

Jordan 1 Mids in 'Bred' colourway. These are my cheap alternatives to legit Bred 1's as I don't want to drop 4-5 bills on a pair of shoes I wear < 5 times a month.

Gap x JE Escobar's... not sure if my order was placed successfully so we will see.

Gap x En Noir Moto pants

Gap x JE Jeans. It's not quite as skinny as that and I had to size up one as I couldn't find anything left in my size. Might return.

Gap x BT Khakis. Might return as I have something similar from H&M but we'll see how it fits.

Gap x M.Nii khakis. I liked the thom browne-esque french stripe on the pocket. The fit seems quite relaxed, not sure if it'll fit my wardrobe.

H&M Cable knit cardigan. Needed some layering pieces for the winter.

And a white and heather grey pocket tee from Gap. (2 for 25)

Nice pick ups. I didn't know they brought back the Jil Sanders line back.

Although the crew necks totally bother me. The triangle insert is meant to reinforce the collar and help wick away moisture. what is it doing for the chest?

Edit: nm looks like its just "V" stitching instead?

Heh, I almost copped the black hoodie and the bomber/jacket in your first pic from Uniqlo x Alexandre Plokhov. Good to see the +J collection is back.

To be honest, I wasn't really impressed with the Uniqlo x Helmut lang stuff. Wen into the store and was gonna buy a couple pieces until I tried it on and felt it. Would've just spent $20 for a uniqlo hoodie lol.

More excited for the Uniqlo x Jil Sander though. Kind of sucks I'll be out of town so I won't be able to pick it up from the store... hopefully ordering online won't be too much of a pain.

I have a pair of beefroll loafer and mocs. You could also wear boots they are a bit nicer than sneakers.

Looking for a pair of casual boots, but they are all pretty pricey. Anything decent for under $300? Or is the quality worth the price for ones that are almost $500.

Red wing iron rangers or beckmans could be had for less than $300.

How is the quality of the red wings? Was originally looking at daytons, which were closer to $500.

As long as they are the ones manufactured in the USA (there are China-made RWs) they are well made. Daytons are pricey but comparable if not better quality and you are supporting local business.

If you don't mind shopping around you can get similar quality boots by looking for features like full grain leather (ie: Chromexcel) and Goodyear welt construction.

Don't bother boots with leather soles (ie: Iron Rangers) if you plan to wear them in the rain/snow it'll ruin them.

I think most of the 1000 miles are made in the USA. They could be had for 280 right now and you can just add a topy to the bottom if you dont like leather soles.

Shoes Online Canada - Buy designer women's & men's shoes | ShoeMe.ca | SHOEme.ca

I like em cause i have a hard time finding wide shoes for a decent price.

This past week, some Red Wing boots were on sale at the Bay online:

Red Wing Beckmans (Black) - $200 (reg. $350)
Red Wing Beckman (Cigar) - $268 (reg. $350)
Red Wing Moc Toes (All Colorways)- $159 (reg. $265)

I myself bought the Moc Toes.

The Bay Online Coupon Code VIP10 adds another 25 percent of the lowest price (Expires Nov 16)

Some Frye boots on clearance before the discount can be had for cheap:

Frye Engineer Leather Boots $208.80 before the 25 percent off (Reg Price $348)

Frye Roland Boots $257.60 before the 25 percent off (Reg Price $368)

Frye Arkansas Boots $245.70 before the 25 percent off (Reg Price $378)

Wolverine 1000 Miles (Black) were also on sale. Reg $400 , it is now $280 before the 25% off. That's $210 before taxes (plus free shipping).

So yeah, that's just the Bay online. Good luck with your hunt.

Jack Purcells white for a sneakerish look, and clarks desert boots for a casual boot.
