Have you shipped anything back to them before?
Do you know if they'll pay for the cost of shipping it back to them since it's their fault they shipped out a faulty item? I emailed them this morning and they haven't replied yet..
Talk about lack of QC...

I think Asos will pay for the shipping if you bitch enough.

hey.

just so i can get on a scope on the asos brand, do their clothing fit true to size? I'm about 5'7, 155 pounds with fairly broad shoulders. can anyone suggest the size that'll fit me best for upper body clothing? thanks.

So I emailed ASOS and they're shipping me another jacket (hopefully no defects this time) and refunding me later for the postage I paid to ship them the faulty jacket. They're shipping with the fast service at no charge so that's pretty sweet. They sure know how to keep a customer after a big screw-up

Most of their stuff fits true to size so I usually just check the size measurements of the jacket/pants/etc on their site and then measure myself or another nice-fitting shirt I have to check what size fits me best.

Their site says they take Paypal, so it should work.

I used Paypal, ordered it into the US though, so if you ordered to ship to Canada it may be a little different?

Second time ordering from ASOS, let's hope they include an invoice this time since they didn't attach one last time.

they give measurements on the chest, but im also concerned with the sleeve length. i want to order a cardigan, dont want the sleeves to hang off the tips of my fingers

planning on buying an LV belt but don't really know which one

1

was thinking about getting the second one which is the LV inveteur since it's reversible and would look better with a dress shirt, what do you guys think?
