I find H&M fits fairly slim. Le Chateau's shirts are even slimmer fitting.
Mexx is loose, I agree.

Mexx's slim fit is deveiving. It is actually baggier than their "semi slim fit" which fits tighter than their "slim fit". Their semi's fit great. BUT I find the buttons on their shirts always fall off! They have good sales too.

Most places that carry higher end denim will have them Dutil, ray rickburn, boys co, hills, J2, Holt Renfrew, plenty. Make sure you get the raw denim. I got a pair of pretty stylish ones but they're pretty thin and they tore on one of the knees  My raw denim ones are good as new next to some fading
