So I spent the weekend out at the beach house, and upon walking the beach with my g/f, i stumble upon this....It looks like a vertebre of some sort...possibly human?

What sort of animals would be around the beach area anyways? maybe a domestic animal of some sort? If it had to be human, it could be a child....

I first thought it was a girl's hands cuz the shape and length of the nails. Then I thought 'man, that girl's got some man hands though...love the healthy nails though"
