the guy attacked back and should be charged too. he could have walked away after he got knocked down, instead he kept following the 3 guys and attacked them back as they got into their truck....

it was purely self-defense... the last part where he was following them to their truck should be done to try and scare them off a bit.. so they don't come back after him afterwards and shows that the victim wasn't scared...

but yeah, the fact that the victim actually didn't do anything to them makes me wonder why you think he should be charged...

They interviewed the suspects on Global; one guy did all the talking went by the name of "Jason or John" and said they were not racist and were not white supremacist. He said they started calling the victim names to piss him off because he had pissed them off. These guys aren't too bright; you never do interviews without a lawyer or do interviews when have pending charges against you.
