X3 on the on purpose thing. That spot it huge. It takes more skill and determination to park OVER the line than to park within it. |

Buy a beater for like $200 and start parking halfway into her spot. |
EPIC FAIL of a DRIVER!!! giving women a bad name. my gosh! that spot is identical to a handicap parking spot. failure. |

He shouldnt have to pay money because his neighbor decides to be a prick about it |
so if a resident continually ignore warnings that the strata council gives out, like in this case, what CAN u do anyways? The strata council can ask for a fine but chances r they won't pay. Like seriously, what can u do? |

Look into the bylaws, if there's no towing violation for incorrect parking.... -approach strata regarding a new towing bylaw on people parking like idiots -council has to approve it for voting at the AGM -depending when your agm is, you have to wait, max 1 year depending when it is -at the agm, hope like hell u get enough votes to pass the bylaw -if it passes, legally the biotch is breaking the law by parking like a biotch -have it towed at will on every infraction. of course, this is how i would think my strata would handle it, but the main problem is the first stop on having his strata agree it's a problem... and this route takes forever. Damaging the cow's car isn't going to do any good because you're just gonna start a back and forth war. I'm at a loss for words on any ideas.... Cones is not a bad idea though, but then again I can see the biotch disregarding those too. |
^ its worth a try, but if that bitch disregard my brilliant idea of setting up cones, she is hopeless.. by the way, the parking belongs to someone else who is on vacation for 2 months ? i guess live with it and just wait till the owner is back meanwhile leave notes everytime when you see her cross over the line...and print out different picture everytime and gave her a copy on her windshield "im keeping record, im hoping to see you change your parking habit" |
if there is someone in your designated parking spot, is it possible to call a tow truck to take the car away? |
Just get 2 street cones and place them on each end of the line... and then place a sign on the first one stating <------ Parking for ACCTUAL OWNERS! Another thing you can do if they dont know the acctual owner of the spot is on vacation is to leave a note stating you are the owner and vehicle will be towed if not moved.... |
Her parking behaviour is incredibly, hilariously passive-aggressive. Are there any strata rules against parking uninsured vehicles in Common Property? I'm just sayin', ya know. |

they said its a hassel, that you have to show tow truck company all the paper work stated you are the owner of the house property tax form, form indicates you are the owner of the parking spot ...etc... in this case, the OP does not own the parking stall bitch is parking..so it wont work |
I like how you first posted a picture of her pos parked over the line & into your space, and then a second picture showing how big her spot actually is! :) |
Park your car with the passenger side really close to hers so she can't get in from the passenger side. Then get a buddy with a truck to park real close to her driver's side so she can't get in from there either. |
Those are some wideass parking spots you guys have there, Still i wouldn't recommend towing it just because it's obvious it'd be you who called, I like SG's idea but again vengeance... set up cameras? maybe ask strata to invest in security cameras, that way if they try to vandalize your car you can find footage, + funny fail parking videos + added security for everyone :) Parking right on the edge of ur space all the time might help, seriously though she's a bitch purposely parking like that, If she parks in someone else's space without written permission or a permit for that spot, shouldn't she be towed? I've been to townhouses where they have the buster's towing signs telling ppl to park in visitors and not in other ppl's designated spaces |

Okay how about this... Because that spot she is using is someone elses (Hoping she doesnt have that persons permission) Why dont you park in that spot (cause you know that person is gone on vacation) and if she parks in your spot, since its right infront of her house, call the tow trucks then.... |

Let the air out of her tires. Dumb retard, what's the point of having lines to separate cars, if this idiot parks like that. You might as well start parking diagonally and take up two car spaces, who cares haha. |
Take a picture of how she parks every day. Post the pics here and forward them to the commitee |
^^ I think he did, well to her dad, ppl usually just leave notes on windshields, not like that'll do anything plus they'll know it's you, I like dragon88's idea make sure u take pics! This is a touchy subject though, because anything that you do will put you on the bad side of your neighbours, and risking your beautiful skyline isn't worth it, That's why i recommended security cameras cos if nething happens it'll be caught on tape |
