You might as well start parking diagonally and take up two car spaces, who cares haha.

then his tires will most likely be slashed

Well I mean once the "vacation" neighbour comes back this issue should be long gone... But thats not for another 2 monthes... But once that person get back and if she starts parking in your spot... Busters on Speed dial...

azzurro32 07-07-2009 03:53 PM

I say...don't do anything.

She seems to be parking right on the lines just to piss you off. There isn't much you can do since 44 isnt your spot, and anything you can do will take too much effort. Plus your parking spot is big enough for even if she does take an inch away from yours you have plenty of room.

If she is doing this to rile you up its working. Its only 2 more months. Relax and look the other way she will get bored eventually if she sees you are not biting the bait.

Plus you never know what they can do to your car in a months time.

Maybe come xmas time offer to help plow the drive way and put all the snow infront of her stall lol.

That's right ur annoyance and anger only fuels them.

Yeah its a 4 door :) Also forsale !

Im going to look into the strata parking regulations to find out if any kind of ' parking without regard for others ' rule is listed.

What im hopeing is the neighbours on vacation make an early pit stop at home and if this happens I will show them pictures and ask them to not give permission to them to use their spot again, I have two vehicles so I can ask to park one in their spot to make sure she doesn't park in the spot without the permissions - The neighbours who are out are great people and if they knew she was causing this kind of trouble for me they would not allow her to use their spot.

!Yaminashi 07-07-2009 04:06 PM

I say as long as no damage is being done to your car, who cares how she parks. Sure its uncomfortable when someone is too close to your
ride, but she's just being a bitch. Once she realizes its not getting to you'll maybe she'll grow up and stop it..
But if she's constantly dinging your doors, scratching the paint, thats when I'd say something..

Nobody fucks with a guy's car. PERIOD.

Noir 07-07-2009 05:01 PM

Just throw your miscellaneous garbage at his place. Make sure he doesn't know who though. Stuff like cigarette butts, empty pop cans or bottles, empty Mcdonals bag & trash.

Just use his property as your personal trash can. Let them clean up after you.

Again, make sure it's an act of anonymity. It would piss him off more if he can't figure out who to direct his anger to.

c_loke 07-07-2009 05:13 PM

sign their house address up for hundreds of spam mail and leaflets.

its a passive approach.

So just as I assumed he doesn't have the grapes to do anything because hes afraid on confrontation, I told him if I have to say something it won't be pretty and thats not what he wants in this quiet calm community.

I took the proper steps to report it and it appears justice will NOT prevail in this matter. I will give it a week for the letter to arrive and sink into their thick skulls but after that I have to go over there myself.

heh...your strata president sounds just like mine. fucktards with no balls. There are people parking on the sidewalk/fire lane all the time, people sending formal complaints in, yet they do nothing. I asked why not patrol and tow (like my in-law's complex). His answer was "cuz I'm a pussy". That's what I heard anyway.

you 07-07-2009 07:14 PM

ur neighbor is a fucking dumbass

CanadaGoose 07-07-2009 07:31 PM

Jesus what a stupid bitch...that parking job is obviously being done on purpose

Next time she puts both wheels into your stall, use your spare jack and lift the side of her car off the ground and take both wheels off and leave her car hanging there. Then go knock on her door and politely tell her dad you found two wheels in your parking stall and you weren't sure what to do with them so you put them in your house, and they can contact strata if they think they might know who they belong to.

I can't believe strata wants nothing to do with it, that is f-ing ridiculous

B-DiZzLe 07-07-2009 07:44 PM

lol the spot is like double the size of normal spots...

stewie 07-07-2009 07:57 PM

is she at least hot?

Lowered_Klass 07-07-2009 08:24 PM

I feel for you, I really do. I'm in a similar situation, where my neighbour can't park worth shit either. Though I think in my case, they aren't doing in on purpose.

But nothing is worse than leaving for work, and seeing your neighbour parked OVER the line, and into your spot. There is no excuse whatsoever.

At least be thankful that your spots are bigger, the spots at my place are sooo tiny :(

But like a lot of others have said, document EVERYTHING, taking pictures any time this happens is the best thing. Next time she's parked like this, I would go and talk to them again. Good luck, and keep us updated!

yellowpower 07-07-2009 08:52 PM

Put a piece of paper between the curb and the car saying "WTF IS THIS"

There is at the condo I live at. Specifically states you are only allowed to park insured vehicles in the parking lots... and they actually go around and check the insurance of cars parked from time to time.
