sirus to 2 decks

I have a "vechical" with 2 alpine decks. The way it came from the builder, both have the sirus adapters (kca-sc100) and Siruis tuners.

Currenly only one radio picks up full sirus and one only picks up the free weather channel. so appeartly they only activated one.

it seems to me the way they installed it I'd have to subscribe both tuners and pay double monthly?.. this seems lame. is there a way to split the sirus so both decks can work off one tunner?

in the past I've only used the normal sirus radios which brodcast FM to all radios.
