Who offer "continuing education" type courses?

I am feeling bored and want to take some miscellaneous random courses such as cooking, gardening, public speaking, photography, etc. I dont want to go for any degree/diploma related courses since this will be strictly for fun.

I know VSB offers these but I want to know who else have these courses available. Langara seems to offer some but their continuing education is a hard to navigate and most of their courses is for getting into a specific career.

I think community centers offer these type of programs. Pick up a leisure guide and see what they offer. Might be taking photographs with 65+ olds though lol

Stuff I see in community centers are usually stuff like tai-chi or ballroom dancing. I would prefer a younger crowd and a slight more school-like setting
