cancelling license before being prohibited

quick question for skidmark and the other cops on the forum. if i recieve a 24 hour prohibit with N license i will get a intent to prohibit and eventually prohibited from driving. if i cancel my license(turn it in to icbc) before i get a letter saying they intent to prohibit will my record not show up to the superintendent when he is reviewing driver record files???

You will still have a licence number and record associated to you. I've pulled plenty of unlicenced people over who have a driving record.

Sho bc is correct, you can't get around it that way, and even if your license is cancelled you can still be prohibited.
