^ Anyone know how much they're selling the filters and soap for @ XS? Hopefully they're selling 'em separately and not a box with the whole spray gun.

Okay guys, so I had a chance to swing by XS Cargo out on Grandview + Renfrew today.
The Mr. Clean starter kit consists of that water gun thing with a Starter Filter and Starter Soap (3 uses for each). It's $8, which is admittedly quite cheap.
The full-deal (10 uses) filters are also $8, which is the same as Canadian Tire last time I checked. I didn't see any soap at XS but at CT I think it's $6-7 a bottle.
I've been happily using this thing for the last few years and can say it definitely works. The only problem is the cost of the refills. I still have a ton of soap left but man, those filters do not last too long.
This thing reminds me of computer printers ya know? |

for some reason i hate using it....always leaves a nasty film on my car and i dont like to wait for my cars to dry...although i'd like to give it another go just for the filtered rinse...

And if you're lucky, Vanna White may throw in a couple vowels too. God knows you need them.

Been using it for a while now, but I prefer the PRO version. The sprayer is black in colour and its got a more powerful stream nozzle to rinse off the dirt on the initial spray down of the car. It totally works, saves me a lot of time from drying.

Would it be possible to use it to only rinse your car with the filter and water, and not use the soap and have the same results with the drying?

ahhhh there is a place I went to last week and paid $5 for the same thing and lots of stock.
Cross the bridge into Surrey first right onto 152. Left at 104 drive half a block on your right hand side. I cant remember the addy but they have tons of tools and stuff as well.
