driving across Canada?

i'm thinking of driving my car across Canada and the only problem is I do have a dog travelling with me. Question is can I still drive thru. the USA or do I have to stick with Canadian route only? thanks

canadian route onli unless u hv the paper work of the dog sayin it took all the shots

thanks for the quick response...yes I believe he got all the shots done because he is just a 6 months old puppy. thanks!

I've taken our dog across the border a few times, and the only thing they've ever asked me to prove is the rabies shots. Take your vet bill with you that shows the rabies vaccination, just in case you lose the tag on his/her collar.

Just bring the paperwork as it is required by the US Customs.
