with or without tire, doesnt matter, but i just need it as a spare tire to keep in the car.
new, used (so long as its not in toooo bad of a shape)
if it comes with a tire, then preferably an all season non directional. 235/45/R17, if no tire, then dont worry about it.
17x8 5x114.3 wheel, it be great if it was a GS rim, but if not, thats still fine too.
