One Speeding ticket with Class 7N = Follows Prohibition?

My ticket: Speeding in municipality 146(1) -- occurred in 2007

It is currently on dispute, but I am wondering if my license will be suspended if I plead guilty with the following conditions:

- I reinstated my license last Christmas from a previous suspension
- Class 7N
- No other accumulated 'points'

As another question, I understand I am on probation, but how long does that last?

Probation typically lasts about 2 years.

So yes, you should be suspended.

Depends on when's the court date. If your court date is after Christmas 2010, you could take the Class 5 road test at that time. If your successfully get your Class 5 before you go to court, you probably will not be prohibited from driving.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

...and if you still do get suspended, at least you come back with a Class 5 instead of a Class 7.

Well, that isn't really taking responsibility for your actions, now is it?

Perhaps, but if applying for a job which would require a good driving record what would look better:

2 tickets over 3 years?
or
2 tickets and a suspension over 3 years?

But I understand what your saying. I actually learn a thing or two and kept in the right lane
