Well if you are stupid enough to be listening to your ipod, while texting your mates and happened to be creamed by a car. It is totally your fault. As a matter of fact I wished it happened more often to keep pedestrians more alert on the sidewalk instead of Jay-Walking when ever. If you're too poor to drive, don't fucking go out, or prepare to suffer the consequences for it.

On a side note if you are religious, take comfort in knowing your all-mighty god has planned this event for you and you shall greatly accept it with out worry. Speaking of whales, what ever happened to that native tribe/band that raised such a stink about the fact they should have the right to hunt whales in the traditional manner?
