she's only 21 and her face looks like 60.
In 2003, she used some cheap cosmetic products, then her skin started to
wrinkle. Doctor said there are only 5 cases like this around the world. Even
surgery could not stop her face from aging

Can't they just do a facelift on her, like they do to old people?

The beauty of a girl should be judged when she has NO makeup on. Pretty much anyone can become "hot" if enough makeup is caked onto her face.
